"We feel so blessed to have worked with Stephanie and Shari. We were nervous as we had a limited time-frame to find a non owner property to meet the deadline of our 1031 exchange, and were looking for a perfect move in condition property that required no work and would be to rent quickly. Stephanie  and Shari found us the perfect property within our 45 day period of having to pick 3 choices. Or course, the house was so beautiful, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. They helped us not only be the buyer of choice, but also helped us negotiate for the pool to be re-plastered and re-tiled as well as some other work that needed to be done for a perfect move in condition. Many times in a seller's market and a multiple offer situation, buyers don't have much negotiation power but they were brilliant in securing us the property quickly.
